Improve your sailing experience by focusing on key areas such as sail trim and crew positioning, Gennaker sailing, and tacking and jibing. Familiarize yourself with the Basic Racing Rules of Sailing, including the starting procedure, and hone your skills on an upwind/downwind racecourse.
To participate in this course, a minimum knowledge level is required, equivalent to the completion of a Level 1 course or similar experience. Essential skills include tacking, jibing, sail trim in all directions, gennaker sailing, and an understanding of the basic racing rules of sailing.
